OrderingHow long does it take to get my order? We try our best to get all orders out within 72 hours, although many orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Exceptions are during the busy retail seasons, specifically Christmas and Valentines Day. You may experience increased delays during this time, so we recommend you order easry.
How do you ship? We utilize UPS, FedEx and USPS to fulfill our shipping needs.
Do you ship to PO Boxes? No, a full street address is required for all orders.
I want to order an item that has been listed as "Custom Order" or "Special Order". What exactly does this mean? Several of the products that we offer are not maintained in inventory. These products are made by their respective manufacturer at the time the order is placed. Each product page should represent the amount of time needed to construct a specific item. If an item is needed by a specific date, please contact us for assistance.
How long do I have to return or exchange an item? You must notify us within 10 business days of receiving item. For more detailed information, visit our return and exchange policy
What is your return and exchange policy? Due to the nature of some of our products, certain items can not be returned. If you would like to find out if a product can be returned or not, we recommend you contact us before you place the order. Latex, Special and Custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We highly recommend you follow the respective size chart or contact us first before you place your order. Do you ship internationally? Because many countries are on e-commerce "black lists", we only sell to select international destinations. We have made this decision to reduce the costs of fraud and keep out product prices competitive.
Do you sell wholesale? Sorry, we are a retail only business and do not sell wholesale.
I was noticied that my order is backordered. What next? When you place an order with us and the product is not in stock, your order will be placed on backorder and the product will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available. If you choose to cancel the order completely, email our customer service team and they will gladly assist you with your request
BillingWhat forms of payment do you take? Effective April 1, 2008, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We no longer accept money orders or personal checks.
Why was my card charged twice? The initial charge was in fact just an authorization. This is done the moment you submit your order to insure the funds are available in your account. Once your order is being prepared for shipment, your card is then charged.

Do you have a store I can visit? XTC Apparel is an online only store and does not currently have a store front. This however, will be changing soon as we are currently scouting out locations in Northern New Jersey for our first ever brick and mortar store.
Do you have a catalog? No, everything you see in our online store is everything we offer.
