Head: Measure around head above ears

Neck: Measure circumference (completely around) at base, just above collarbone

Upper Arm: Measure circumference (completely around) at fullest part of upper arm

Elbow: Measure circumference (completely around) with arm extended

Wrist: Measure circumference (completely around) over wrist bone

Shoulder to Waist: Measure from highest point of shoulder (close to neck) down to waist

Chest/Bust: Measure under arms, around fullest part of chest

Waist: For pants, measure circumference (completely around) over shirt, at the height you wear your pants. For other items, measure circumference (completely around) at the same height while wearing no shirt, keeping a finger between your body and the tape

Across Shoulders: Measure from shoulder point to shoulder point

Thigh: Measure circumference (completely around) just under crotch

Knee: Measure circumference (completely around) with knee bent at a 45 degree angle

Calf: Measure circumference (completely around) with muscle flexed

Ankle: Measure circumference (completely around) just above ankle bone

Sleeve Length: Measure from shoulder seam to 1.5 inches lower than wrist bone

Pants Outside Seam: Measure from regular waistline to floor. Stand up straight before measuring.

Pants Inseam: Measure from crotch to floor. Stand up straight before measuring.

Crotch to Knee: Measure from crotch to knee

Cross Back: Measure from armpit to armpit

Back Neck to Waist: Measure from base of neck to regular waistline

Front Waist to Back Waist: Measure from fron waistline to back waistline, running the measuring tape through the crotch

Hips: Measure circumference (completely around) of the fulest part of the hips with empty pockets. Usually 7 inches below regular waistline.

Bust to Shoulder: Measure from point of bust vertically to shoulder at base of neck
